Former world champion Andre Ward believes that Saul Alvarez only won four rounds in the fight against Terence Crawford.
“I gave Canelo four rounds. I saw how Canelo fans joked about me before the fight. I saw them trying to create memes that I gave Crawford all the rounds. I saw it, but just didn’t comment.
You all underestimate my professionalism and honesty. But I didn’t give Crawford all the rounds. I settled on a golden mean, as is proper,” said Ward.
Let us remind you that on September 13 Crawford defeated Alvarez by unanimous decision in the main event of the boxing evening in Las Vegas (116-112, 115-113, 115-113).
