Ortiz is ready to fight Crawford

The holder of the interim WBC title in the welterweight division, Vergil Ortiz, stated that he is ready to meet the undisputed world champion in the super welterweight division, Terence Crawford.

According to Ortiz, he can envision their fight with Crawford at the welterweight limit.

ā€œHe said he would fight at welterweight. If Crawford waits for me, then I will move to the middle division, and there will be a meaning in this fight.

Considering how his body has changed since the fight in the super welterweight division, I donā€™t think he will be able to make the limit of the welterweight division again. If our fight takes place, and I hope it does, then it will be at the welterweight limit,ā€ said Ortiz
