Deontay Wilder thinks Terence Crawford will beat Canelo Alvarez in their upcoming super-middleweight title fight. The former WBC heavyweight champion shared his prediction for the September 13 clash at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Crawford will step up two weight divisions to challenge Canelo for his undisputed super-middleweight titles. The bout brings together two of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world, with Crawford aiming to become undisputed in a third weight class.

Wilder explained his reasoning in an interview with The Fighter's Voice:

"I'm going with Crawford. I love the way he have a fighter's lifestyle. You don't hear too much about him doing crazy things, partying and all that. He's ready to go. Crawford is going to show him a different style of things, being able to fight left and right. I love the demeanour and willingness that he has. The demeanour that I am the best and I'm going to show you, and you're going to have to prove me wrong."

The 'Bronze Bomber' made sure to give credit where it's due, adding that "Canelo is a great fighter for sure."

Wilder himself recently got back in the win column with a seventh-round stoppage of Tyrell Herndon. The victory came after losing four of his previous five fights. He's now been offered a showdown with another knockout artist for his next bout.
