Chris Eubank Jr got hit with another fine, this time for £10,000. The British Boxing Board of Control slapped him with the penalty for misusing social media by posting footage that hinted at using a sauna to lose weight.

This marks the third recent fine for Eubank Jr. In March, he had to cough up £100,000 for slapping Conor Benn with an egg at a press conference. Then in April, he narrowly missed weight for a bout and had to pay a whopping £375,000 fine that was written into the contract.

The latest fine came after Eubank Jr's unanimous decision victory over Benn at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Their rivalry has been heating up since their planned bout in October 2022 got scrapped due to Benn's failed drug test.

Sky Sports broke the news about the £10,000 fine on social media, and fans weren't happy. Many called it "bizarre" and suggested Eubank should refuse to pay.

Weight has been a major talking point in the build-up to their fights. Eubank Sr even opposed weight restrictions in the contract for the recent bout.

Looking ahead, Eubank Jr and Benn have a rematch planned for September 20. The fight will likely go ahead with a 160lb weight limit and a 10lb rehydration clause. But here's the catch - Eubank Jr needs to pay this latest fine before the British Boxing Board of Control will license his next fight.

Despite the fuss, it's likely Eubank Jr will pay up to keep the rematch on track. The Board's got him in a tight spot, but with so much on the line, he'll probably bite the bullet and settle the fine.
