Usyk's skepticism comes just months after he beat Fury for the second time in December. On January 13, 2025, Fury declared he was retiring from boxing. But this isn't the first time Fury's said goodbye to the sport. He's actually done it five times now, with previous retirements in 2013, 2017, and 2022. Each time, he's found his way back to the ring.
Usyk shared his thoughts on Fury's latest retirement:
"I think he's not retired. I think Tyson continues training, continue boxing, because he's a great man."
