Daniel Dubois, the IBF heavyweight champion, has his sights set on a big fight with Tyson Fury. But first, he's got to get through Oleksandr Usyk.

Dubois will face Usyk in July for all the heavyweight belts. It's a chance for "DDD" to avenge his loss to the Ukrainian from August 2023. That fight ended with Dubois stopped in the ninth round.

Since then, Dubois has bounced back in a big way. He beat Jarrell Miller in the final round last December, showing he can take heavy shots. Then in June, he stopped Filip Hrgovic, standing strong against the tough Croatian. His biggest win came in September when he knocked down Anthony Joshua in the first round and stopped him in five to keep his heavyweight title.

These wins have helped erase doubts about Dubois after his upset loss to Joe Joyce earlier in his career. Now, he's looking ahead to even bigger fights.

"I think he's definitely going to come back. When I beat Usyk, I can fight him next. Who knows?"

Dubois was talking about Tyson Fury, who quit boxing in January after losing twice to Usyk in 2024. But most people think Fury won't stay retired for long. He's already posting gym videos with his coach SugarHill Steward. Many expect him to come back for a big fight with Joshua.

"There's so many great heavyweights at the moment. He'll be desperate to get back in the mix."

Dubois knows a win over Usyk would make him a hot commodity. He'd be the first British undisputed heavyweight champ since Lennox Lewis. That's the kind of accomplishment that could lure Fury out of retirement.

For now, Dubois is focused on Usyk. The Ukrainian is unbeaten as a pro and a former two-time world champ. It's a tough test, but one Dubois thinks he can pass.

If he does, the heavyweight division will get even more interesting. With Joshua still in the mix and Fury possibly coming back, we could see some great fights in the near future.

Dubois is ready for all comers. He's made it clear - beat Usyk, then bring on Fury.
