Canelo Alvarez beat William Scull to become the first two-time undisputed super-middleweight champion in boxing history. The Mexican star won by unanimous decision on Saturday night at the Anb Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Alvarez put on a comprehensive performance, doing enough to win on all scorecards. Scull, the former IBF champion who came into the fight unbeaten, boxed mostly on the back foot and seemed reluctant to engage.

WBC world lightweight champion Shakur Stevenson wasn't impressed with what he saw. He took to social media to criticize the fight:

"Ok I'm not saying dude not running but I am saying if this dude was the A side and the big superstar he would win this fight off this."

Stevenson's comment suggests Scull could have won if he had been the favored fighter, implying bias in the judging.

The criticism didn't stop there. Right after the Canelo-Scull fight, an announcement came that Alvarez will face Terence 'Bud' Crawford on September 12 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Stevenson quickly made his thoughts known about this matchup:

"Any rappers\athletes, Anybody who trying to lose money hit my line for Canelo and Bud fight, I'm betting whatever!!"

Stevenson's confidence in Crawford winning the fight is clear. It's a bold stance, considering Canelo's accomplishments. At 34, the Mexican fighter has just made history as the first two-time undisputed super-middleweight champion.

Crawford, 37, from Omaha, Nebraska, brings his own impressive resume to the table. He's been undisputed champion in both super-lightweight and welterweight divisions. Against Canelo, Crawford aims to become a three-weight undisputed world champion and a five-weight world champion overall.

If Crawford pulls off the win, he could cement himself as arguably the greatest fighter of his generation. It's a fight that has fans and fellow boxers alike picking sides and making predictions.

The stage is set for an epic showdown between two of boxing's biggest stars. Will Canelo's experience and power prevail, or will Crawford's skill and ambition lead him to victory? We'll find out on September 12 in what promises to be one of the year's most talked-about fights.
