Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez and William Scull are getting ready for a big fight this Saturday. The two boxers will face off at the ANB Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to unify all four major super middleweight titles.

Canelo, the 34-year-old Mexican champion, holds the WBC, WBA, and WBO super middleweight belts. He's won 62 fights, with 39 knockouts, and has only lost twice in his career. Scull, the 32-year-old Cuban fighter, is the IBF champion and remains undefeated after 23 fights.

At a press conference in Riyadh, Canelo fired back at Scull's earlier comments about "eating the Mexican" in the fight.

"The only thing he will eat on Saturday will be my right fist," Canelo said. "I'm getting ready to make history."

Canelo didn't stop there. He added:

"Everybody talks trash before the fight, but when they get in the ring with me, it's something different. He's going to feel something different, that's for sure. For me it's no different, but for him it is, and he's going to feel it, believe me."

Scull, who turns 33 on June 6, shared his own journey to this moment:

"I fled Cuba, crossed borders and now I'm here to win. I don't care what the press says about me. I will fight calmly and with strategy."

This fight marks a big moment for both boxers. It's Canelo's first fight outside North America and kicks off a four-fight deal with a Saudi Arabian promotional company. For Scull, it's a chance to prove himself against one of boxing's biggest names.

The fight also has an interesting backstory. Canelo lost the IBF belt in 2024 when he chose not to fight Scull, preferring to face Edgar Berlanga instead. Scull then won the vacant title by beating Vladimir Shishkin.

Now, Canelo wants to take back that fourth belt and make history by unifying all the super middleweight titles. Scull, on the other hand, aims to stay undefeated and show that his calm, strategic approach can overcome Canelo's experience and power.

As fight night gets closer, fans are eager to see if Canelo can back up his tough talk or if Scull can pull off a major upset. No matter what happens, this Saudi showdown promises to be a fight to remember.
