Brian Norman (27-0, 21 KO) will defend his WBO world champion title for the second time on June 19 at a boxing evening in Japan. The 24-year-old athlete will face local boxer Jin Sasaki (19-1-1, 17 KOs).
In May last year, the American won the belt from the World Boxing Organization. In March, he returned to the ring, achieving a premature victory over Derick Cuevas.
Sasaki is ranked second in the latest WBO rankings. The Japanese last boxed in January. Last year, Sasaki had two victorious fights.
