Terence Crawford, former two-division absolute world champion, has spoken out about a possible fight with Saul Alvarez.
"I don't know exactly. Nobody knows. I mean, I thought the same thing in the lead-up to the Errol Spence fight. It's the same thing about Canelo. Everybody knows he's good: big, strong, with great timing. Good head movement, good counterpunching skills. Everybody knows that. No one has ever seen Crawford at 76 pounds. Nobody knows if Crawford can hold that kind of spit. Nobody knows if Canelo can go into the fight with me. No one knows if he can crowd me. Yes, at first glance he has an advantage because he's been at this weight for a long time. But nobody knows how it's going to be. That's why fighters make fights," Boxing Scene quoted Crawford as saying.
