WBA lightweight world champion American Gervonta Davis commented on the outcome of the fight with compatriot Lamonte Roach, who holds the same title a division lower.
"I thought I won the fight but the judges decided otherwise. Lamont is tough and tough, he stood his ground but I feel the win was mine. This is not the end, I will stay in boxing if there are interesting challenges," Davis said at the press conference.
Recall that the fight between Davis and Roach ended in a sensational draw by decision of the majority of judges.
