Berinchik-Davis has been officially announced

On February 14, WBO lightweight champion Denis Berinchik (19-0, 9 KOs) will make his first title defense against American Keyshawn Davis (12-0, 8 KOs). The fight will take place at the Madison Square Garden Theater in New York.

Berinchik won his title last May in the United States, defeating Emanuel Navarrete by split decision. Top Rank boxer Keyshawn Davis had his last fight in November, when he knocked out Argentinian Gustavo Daniel Lemos.

Also on this night from Top Rank on ESPN, Puerto Rican bantamweight fighter Xander Zayas will face undefeated German Slava Spomer, while middleweight hope Vito "White Magic" Mielnicki Jr. will face Connor Coyle in a 10-round fight.
