Briedis named favorite for Usyk-Fury rematch

Former world heavyweight champion Mairis Briedis said he considers Tyson Fury the favorite in his upcoming rematch with WBA, WBO and WBC heavyweight titleholder Oleksandr Usyk.

"If Fury prepares, doesn't boo and party, stays focused on this fight, it's going to be very hard for Usyk. It hasn't been easy for him as it is. If at that time I bet 50-50, even maybe more on Usyk, then in this fight, maybe even 60 on Fury, 40 on Usyk.

I have a feeling that there will be a lot of surprises. The whole world will watch and will see something interesting," - said Briedis on his YouTube channel.

Recall that the rematch of Usyk with Fury will take place on December 21 in Saudi Arabia.
