Jesse 'Bam' Rodriguez Picks Clear Winner in Davis-Stevenson Showdown: "It's Not Even Close"

Both Davis and Stevenson are undefeated lightweight champions. Davis, known as 'Tank', holds the WBA title and has won all 30 of his fights, knocking out 28 opponents. He recently beat Frank Martin, which made him the full WBA champion. Now, he's set to fight Lamont Roach Jr in January. Roach is moving up from super-featherweight for this big chance.

Stevenson, on the other hand, is the WBC champion. He won the vacant belt by beating Edwin De Los Santos and successfully defended it against Artem Harutyunyan. Some fans weren't too happy with that last fight, saying it wasn't very exciting. But Stevenson is known for his great defense in the ring.

Jesse Rodriguez, who fights at super-flyweight and recently won big against Pedro Guevara, thinks he knows who'll come out on top if Davis and Stevenson face each other.

"Gervonta Davis versus Shakur Stevenson. I think Shakur outboxes him."

It's a fight that gets people talking because both boxers are so good at what they do. Davis has the power to knock people out, while Stevenson is really hard to hit. Whoever wins will likely be seen as one of the best boxers in the world, pound for pound.

Stevenson's recent fights haven't been as action-packed as some fans would like, but he's promised to do better against top competition. He might fight William Zepeda next, but that depends on how his hand heals after surgery.

Rodriguez's opinion carries weight because he's also ranked highly in the pound-for-pound lists. But in boxing, you never know what will happen until the fighters step into the ring.
