"I'm a fighter and I'm not going to end my career!" - Anthony Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs) reassured his fans. The two-time world heavyweight champion lost for the fourth time, but it was the first time he was so helpless in his defeat.

Andy Ruiz caught him with a great punch, but before he did, he lost two and a half rounds while on the floor. While the fight was not stopped, judging by the judges' scorecards, it was a very "intense fight". The Briton lost twice to Oleksandr Usyk, but on points. And in the rematch, he was really able to cause a lot of problems to the Ukrainian.

Last night he was completely helpless in front of the aggression, brutal power and determination of Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs). He fell to the ring floor in the first, third and fourth rounds, and in the fifth he went down after a right lateral and never got up again.

Eddie Hearn, Anthony Joshua's promoter, told the media that although Dubois defended the title, there was a rematch clause in the contract if Anthony lost.

The Matchroom head believes that Joshua will exercise that right and face Dubois again in his next fight. However, he is also considering a long-awaited fight with Tyson Fury (34-1-1, 24 KOs), provided the latter loses again to Oleksandr Usyk (22-0, 14 KOs) in a rematch. Their fight will take place on December 21 in Riyadh.

"AJ needs time to rest, but I believe that he will use the right for a rematch. And he will enter the ring with full faith that he can beat Dubois. Fury could also be an option. Next year promises to be very interesting. AJ will definitely be back and whether he fights Dubois, Fury or anyone else, he will have a great time," Hearn said.
