George Foreman Reveals Two Boxers He'd Never Face: "They're On Another Level"

George Foreman, the former heavyweight champion, has named Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua as the only two fighters he'd rather not face. The 75-year-old boxing legend said he's glad these two weren't around during his time in the ring.

Foreman, born in Marshall, Texas, had a fearsome reputation in the ring. He became world champion in 1973, knocking out tough opponents in just a few rounds. He fought some of the best heavyweights of all time, not just from his era.

In 1974, Foreman lost his title to Muhammad Ali in the famous "Rumble in the Jungle." But he wasn't done yet. He made a comeback in 1994, defeating Michael Moorer at the age of 45. This victory made him the oldest man ever to hold a heavyweight title.

Now, Foreman takes a humble approach when talking about today's fighters. In a recent interview with Greatest Hits Radio, he said:

"Some of the great giants like Tyson Fury, I sure wouldn't want to fight him. Anthony Joshua, oh no. I'm just glad they weren't in my lifetime of boxing."

Fury and Joshua are two of the UK's top heavyweights right now. They haven't fought each other yet, but fans are hoping it'll happen soon. Joshua has a fight coming up against Daniel Dubois. If he wins, he'll have a chance to become a three-time titlist.

The heavyweight scene has changed recently. Oleksandr Usyk became the unified champion by beating Joshua. Then he became the undisputed champion by defeating Fury.

Foreman wants to see Joshua and Fury face off more than any other fight. It could happen next year if Joshua beats Dubois and Fury wins his rematch with Usyk in December.
