Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois are getting ready for a big fight. The two heavyweights will face off for the IBF World Heavyweight Championship on September 21 at Wembley Stadium.
This fight means a lot for both boxers. Joshua, who's 34, has a shot at becoming a three-time world champion. He's been on a roll lately, winning four fights in just over a year. That's pretty impressive, especially after losing twice to Oleksandr Usyk.
Dubois, the new IBF champ, has been doing well too. He's bounced back from losses to Usyk and Joe Joyce with some big wins. He stopped American Jarrell Miller and experienced Fillip Hrgovic, proving he's got what it takes.
Billy Joe Saunders, a two-weight world champion, shared his thoughts on the fight with Boxnation. He noticed Dubois has gotten more confident lately, thanks to his coach Don Charles.
"Don Charles is very good at bringing out confidence. He's done a very good job with Dubois. It's not a given for 'AJ',"Saunders said.
But Saunders is really impressed with Joshua's new training setup. Joshua's been working with Ben Davison and Lee Wylie, and it seems to be paying off.
"Joshua's got a new lease of life. He seems reborn and is believing in what he's doing. He's going to be a very dangerous opponent for anyone in the heavyweight division,"Saunders explained.
Saunders also talked about Joshua's power, saying his right hand is "very scary" and comparing it to "a car doing 100 miles an hour into a wall."
Both Joshua and Dubois are known for their heavy hands. Saunders thinks the fight won't go the distance. "Someone's getting knocked out," he predicted.
The fight is set for September 21 at Wembley Stadium. It's shaping up to be an exciting night of boxing with two powerful heavyweights going head-to-head.
