Some boxing analysts have been quick to write off Jared Anderson (17-1, 14 KOs). But it's possible to have a dozen losses and still be among the best heavyweights in the world, as Derek Chisora (35-13, 23 KOs) knows best.

The still young (24) American decided to engage in open exchanges with Martin Bakole (21-1, 16 KOs) and paid for it with an early fifth-round defeat.

"Can he still get back to the top? Of course he can. He just needs to change his trainer, that's all. I don't understand why fans still think one defeat can ruin a career. It's just one setback, and a temporary setback. Anderson could easily come back with a 10-round fight against someone like Gerald Washington, or take a bigger risk in a fight against Deontay Wilder or Andy Ruiz. He really has a lot of interesting and big fights ahead of him," Chisora stated.
