Carnation will be back in September

Former light heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Gvozdyk has announced that he will fight his next fight on September 14 in Las Vegas.

"I will be making an undercard appearance at Canelo's [Sept. 14]. I've already been confirmed. I mean, I'm coming back. Eddie Hearn's fighters don't want to box. They only want to fight amongst themselves or other Brits. I'm open to any challenge," - said the Ukrainian in an interview with youtube channel "Two Sideways".

Recall that in June, Gvozdik lost by split decision of judges to American David Benavides. At stake in the meeting was the temporary WBC light heavyweight belt.
