Marlon Vera, a fighter in the UFC's lightweight division, has spoken out about his social media correspondence with the promotion's former featherweight champion Petr Yan.
"He sent me a video in private messages where he says, in broken English, 'You're a chicken - I eat chicken!' In response, I sent him selfies showing him my chicken. I also called him a word that you can't say in public, only in private correspondence. He took a screenshot of it, so he'll probably post it soon. Take a look at this video, admire the underdog," - said Vera.
Recall, earlier Vera and Jan agreed on a fight in November this year.
