Arum: "I'd be surprised if the Fury vs. Joshua fight doesn't happen by mid-2025"

Top Rank promotional head Bob Arum believes it is highly likely that a fight between British former super heavyweight division leaders Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua will take place in the foreseeable future.

"Fury will definitely fight Anthony Joshua. It's a fight that just has to happen, it can't help but happen one day. It's being discussed so much in the UK! I will be very surprised if this fight doesn't happen at Wembley by mid-2025," Arum told talkSport.

Fury is expected to rematch Oleksandr Usyk, to whom he lost by split decision on May 18 in a heavyweight title fight, in October.
