"I will destroy him!" - promised a confident Filip Hrgovic (17-0, 14 KOs), who will take on Daniel Dub ois (20-2, 19 KOs) on June 1 on the undercard of Artur Beterbiev vs. Dmitry Bivol during a big night of boxing in Riyadh.

Hrgovic's fight with Dubois currently carries the status of an International Boxing Federation final eliminator, but if the loser of the Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk unification fight on May 18 activates a rematch clause within two weeks, it is possible that the Croatian and the Briton will fight for the vacant IBF heavyweight belt.

"He's a kid, he has no chance of knocking me out. I've faced tougher punchers than him and kept myself down, so he can't do that either. He's not physically and boxing-wise ready for this fight yet, so I'm going to destroy him. To me, Dubois in the ring looks like a kid lost in a store looking for his parents. The Brit put a lot of importance on his win over Jarrell Miller, but it wasn't a big win at all. He did what he had to do, nothing more. It would have been a really big win for him to beat someone like me," said the Rio 2016 Olympic heavyweight bronze medalist.

"I'll hit Dubois hard in the head and then I'd like to fight Joshua in September at Wembley Stadium. I will get there and knock Joshua out in front of 80,000 of his fans," Hrgovic added.
