Sterling challenged Holloway to a fight

Former UFC Bantamweight Champion Aljamain Sterling confirmed what he had been saying over the past months. Today, through the social network X, the American decided to challenge his compatriot, the former holder of the belt in a division higher, to a fight Max Holloway.

“Max, from traveling together on a bus in December 2015, talking about the future, about training together for my first visit to Hawaii - it would be a great honor for me to share with you in the Octagon. With respect,” Sterling wrote.

Let us remind you that on August 19 at UFC 292, Sterling lost early to Sean O’Malley and lost his belt. As for Holloway, he knocked out Chen Sung Jong a week later.
