Terence Crawford (40-0, 31 KOs), Jaime Munguia (42-0, 33 KOs) and Jermall Charlo (33-0, 22 KOs) - three potential opponents for the absolute super middleweight champion Saul Alvarez (60-2-2, 39 KOs), who plans to hold his next professional fight in the first half of May.

Canelo recently signed a three-fight deal with Premier Boxing Champions. In his first appearance, he defeated former undisputed super middleweight champion Jermell Charlo on points.

PBC is currently negotiating a deal with a new television partner after ending its relationship with Showtime. It is expected that in a few days their contract with the Amazon Prime streaming service will be signed and officially announced.

Alvarez is set to have two professional fights next year. A confrontation between Canelo and interim WBC champion in the up to 76 kilogram category David Benavidez is planned for September.
