PBC is currently negotiating a deal with a new television partner after ending its relationship with Showtime. It is expected that in a few days their contract with the Amazon Prime streaming service will be signed and officially announced.
Alvarez is set to have two professional fights next year. A confrontation between Canelo and interim WBC champion in the up to 76 kilogram category David Benavidez is planned for September.
