Aspinall agreed to fight Pavlovich without a US visa

Interim UFC Heavyweight Champion Tom Aspinall said that he urgently had to apply for an American visa before the fight with Sergei Pavlovich, which took place on November 12 at UFC 295 in New York. The Brit took the fight on 18 days' notice.

“It was wild, absolute madness. I didn't have a visa. I had to call a million numbers and go to London a couple of times from the other side of the country where I live,” Aspinall said on The MMA Hour.

Let us remember that Aspinall knocked out Pavlovich in the first round.
