Unification of all heavyweight belts between Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) and Alexander Usik (21-0, 14 KOs) excites everyone’s imagination, including Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs). The Englishman will meet with the Ukrainian on December 23 or in January. Much will depend on Fury's fight against Francis Ngannou on October 28th. Soon after this, boxing fans will know the specific date of the unification.

“Fury’s physical parameters will be decisive in this fight. I remember him fighting dirty and cheating in his fight with Steve Cunningham. I expect the same in the fight with Usyk. Fury will hang on him using his weight and torture him from round to round. Usik is a better boxer, he has better technique, but the difference in physical condition and kilograms will be too great. I don’t think Usyk will be able to resist this,” said Wilder, who had three fights with the Briton.

Let us remember that Fury met with Cunningham in April 2013. After six rounds, the defending champion was down by two judges and tied by a third, but knocked out his much smaller opponent in the seventh round.
