Canelo after defeating Charlo assessed the likelihood of a fight with Crawford

Absolute world champion in second middleweight Saul Alvarez stated that at the moment he is not interested in holding a fight with the owner of all belts in the first welterweight division Terence Crawford.

Today, October 1, Alvarez successfully defended his titles, defeating Jermell Charlo on points in dominant style. The fight headlined the boxing night in Las Vegas.

“If it makes sense, then go ahead, but right now the fight with Crawford doesn’t make sense. I just won, let me enjoy it. This is the real Canelo, I'm finally back. I feel great and happy because I haven’t felt this way in a long time. “I’m back,” DAZN quotes the Mexican as saying.
