Ellerbee doesn't consider Bivol an elite fighter

Leonard Ellerbee, CEO of Mayweather Promotions, shared his opinion on the current WBA world light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivole.

“The level of opponents that Bivol met cannot be called elite. Bivol is a strong guy. No disrespect, but he is not an elite fighter. He is a strong fighter, he is good, but he is not the elite,” the functionary said.

Let us remind you that Bivol spent his last fight in November last year, winning by decision against Ramirez.
