WBA, WBO and IBF World Heavyweight Champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) suggested that the former coach Anthony Joshua (26-3, 23 KOs) tried to influence the character of his ward.

“I think that some people from his team, maybe even the new coach (Robert Garcia, - approx.) started saying that he should be more aggressive, although he is not like that in life. Joshua is a good person. He is a boxer, world champion, Olympic champion, but inside he is a very good and not dirty person.

But I think that some people on his team may have advised him to behave this way so that it would put some pressure on me to start behaving differently. But it played against him, not against me, ”Usyk said in the second issue of the two-part film The Art of Boxing, dedicated to his confrontation with the Briton.
