Russ Anber, a famous coach and cutman, criticized Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) for refusing a unification bout with Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) for the fight with the former UFC champion Francis Ngannou (0-0, 0 KOs).

“I don’t understand boxing anymore,” the frustrated coach said in an interview with SecondsOut. “A world heavyweight champion can keep his belt and fight Ngannou, you can have a fight between two guys who aren’t even boxers and it will sell well. I'm talking about the champion who refused to fight Usyk and chose a different path to avoid him."

“Fury is fighting a guy who has no experience in professional boxing. What does it mean? It's crazy that everyone puts up with it. We mock boxing. Our people in this sport, heavyweight champions, athletic commissions, this is a mockery of boxing!” Russ Anber added.

Tyson Fury vs Francis Ngannou is scheduled for October 28 in Saudi Arabia. The fight is scheduled for 10 rounds, his bet will not be the WBC title, owned by the British.
