Adesanya named the favorite of the fight Weidman - Tavares

UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya shared his prediction for the upcoming fight between the former title holder Chris Weidmanreturning to the octagon after a broken leg and two years of inactivity, and Brad Tavares.

“I had to fight with Tavares, so I know how tough he is. If I had to bet money, then I would choose Brad. Chris may seem like a favorite to some, but I like Brad's chances. I know his abilities,” Adesanya said in the release of the author's YouTube channel.

The fight between Weidman and Tavares will close the preliminary card of the UFC 292 tournament, which will be held on the night of August 20 in Boston.
