Former World Heavyweight Champion Trainer Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs) Malik Scott told about the nearest career plans of his ward.

The specialist expects that in October the "Bronze Bomber" will hold an intermediate duel, and then, as expected, will meet with a megafight with Anthony Joshuascheduled for January in Saudi Arabia.

“Deontay will be more than ready to perform in January. The last time I talked to him, we were planning something for October. I hope we can find an opponent and after that we go out and knock Joshua out in January.

Andy Ruiz doesn't want to fight Deontay, so we're looking for someone else who really wants to fight and take risks. And, unfortunately, someone who will be knocked out,” Scott said in an interview with Fight Hub TV.
