Arum: "Perhaps Inoue is better than Pacquiao"

Well-known American promoter Bob Arum praised the WBC and WBO super bantamweight champion Naoyu Inoue.

I think that he has a chance to rise even to the second featherweight or light weight. But the first welterweight division is already too much for him, he is a small guy.
