John Fury: "There will be no fight with Usyk until he apologizes"

John Fury, father of the WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, said that the battle with Oleksandr Usyk for the title of absolute heavyweight champion until the Ukrainian publicly apologizes to his son.

“If he doesn’t record a video and tell the truth about what he did, there will never be a fight with Usyk, never ... until he apologizes for trying to put all the blame for the disruption of the fight on Tyson,” said John Fury in an interview with SecondsOutLive. “He is trying to turn the public against Tyson Fury, which they did well, because the public is unfair anyway. See what miracles he has done for this country. And look how quickly everyone forgot about it and supports the foreigner.”
