Usyk explained why the fight with Dubois was postponed to another date

World heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk explained why the date of the fight with Daniel Dubois changed from August 12 to August 26.

“We are trying to time this fight to coincide with our Independence Day so that many people from Ukraine can come, so that those Ukrainians who live in Poland come. Moreover, now such an event can become a small respite for many of them. People can be distracted for 45 minutes or an hour, get positive emotions. It is very important for me that a person can forget about everything that flies to us for an hour ... ”, Usyk said.

Recall that Usyk's team won the promotional bidding for the right to fight with Dubois, and the fight will take place in Wroclaw at the football stadium.
