duel between Anthony Joshua (25-3, 22 KOs) and Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) is unlikely to take place in September this year. In the Joshua team, in the light of statements last week, they confirmed that they were not going to change their plans and were focused on the December fight with Deontay Wilder in Saudi Arabia.

Before that, Joshua will have one more fight. On August 12, as part of a boxing evening organized at Wembley Stadium, the two-time world heavyweight champion is likely to have a rematch with Dillian Whyte.

Negotiations about the fight between Joshua and Fury also took place at the end of last year. Financial terms were agreed, but Fury ultimately broke off negotiations and did not sign a contract for the fight.

Joshua won on points against Jermain Franklin in his last professional appearance. Fury hasn't boxed since his fight with Derek Chisora in December. A few weeks ago, the "Gypsy King" also conducted unsuccessful negotiations on a unification fight with Oleksandr Usyk, and it is not yet known when he will return to the ring.
