Could Lomachenko fight for the title next?

Vasily Lomachenko retained his No. 1 position in the new WBC lightweight rankings despite losing to Devin Haney on May 20 in Las Vegas. Shakur Stevenson is second on the World Boxing Council's list of the best, so if Haney decides to move up to super lightweight, the WBC will most likely book Lomachenko vs. Stevenson for the vacant belt.
