Eddie Hearn is optimistic ahead of his protagonist's fight Anthony Joshua (25-3, 22 KOs) vs. Deontay Wilder (43-2-1, 42 KOs) in December.

“The one who hits first will win this fight,” said the head of Matchroom Boxing in an interview with the Stamina For Sale channel. - But I would not want Anthony to take risks in this fight and immediately go into exchanges. He has to fight smart and I think Wilder can be boxed. However, he must not be too tight, because then Wilder will be able to put pressure on him.

“Everyone thinks Joshua is the underdog in this fight, but that's good. And let's remember that we don't know how Wilder is, what about his stamina. He had three tough fights with Fury and then just one round with Helenius. Perhaps after those fights with Fury, he is not the same as he used to be, ”said Hearn.

Joshua's fight with Wilder may take place in Saudi Arabia. It is possible that the Bronze Bomber and AJ will perform in the same ring with Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) and Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs).

“Saudi Arabia wants Fury-Usik and Wilder-AJ on the same map. I spoke to them two weeks ago and they are very serious. And they keep their word. As far as I understand, they had negotiations with Wilder, which went very well, they talked with Usyk for a year, because he used to box with AJ, and they know how much money to offer AJ and Usyk. Fury is a different story, it's none of my business, I'm just worried about AJ vs Wilder because even if they can't get Fury and Usyk together, they still want Joshua vs Wilder." Hearn.
