Bremer plans to return to the ring

Former World Light Heavyweight Champion Jurgen Bremer (52-3, 38 KOs) is considering returning to the ring. This is reported by the German tabloid Bild. The last time the 44-year-old boxer fought was in December 2019, winning ahead of schedule against Jürgen Doberstein.

In the past, the German owned the WBA and WBO belts in the weight limit up to 79 kg. Bremer also won the European title in this weight class.

According to Bild, Bremer's possible comeback rival is Dominique Bözel (32-3, 12 KOs), former interim WBA champion in the same weight class. Bösel fought his last professional fight in May last year.
