New Orleans Police Issue Arrest Warrant Nate Diaz on suspicion of second-degree battery after a fight on Bourbon Street, a video of which went viral on social media. Police spokeswoman Karen A. Boudry confirmed the allegations on Monday evening but was unable to provide further information about the warrant.
“An arrest warrant has been issued, but Diaz is not in custody,” Boudry said.
Boudry also added that police officials filed charges after watching a video of an incident in which Diaz strangled Logan Paul's Rodney Peterson look-alike during a brawl that broke out outside a bar. Peterson later showed a head injury and vowed revenge on Diaz, who was in New Orleans at the time, to support teammate Chris Avila in a Misfits Boxing 6 fight.
