WBA, WBO and IBF world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk told about the schedule in which he spends his working week while preparing for the battle.
βThe first training session is at five in the morning. It's basically cardio. Twelve o'clock in the afternoon - the second training session. If this is a pool, then I swim at least two kilometers. The main training is six in the evening. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday - sparring, on Saturday - cross 10-20 km.
Sunday is my day, which I dedicate to prayer and going to church, reading books, learning English or writing down some thoughts in a diary, writing poetry,β Usyk said in an interview with The Overlap.
Usyk's next fight is expected to be against Tyson Fury. However, this fight raises more and more doubts, as the boxing teams have not yet been able to agree on it.
