Olympic champion and former two-time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) posted photos on his social networks, in which he demonstrates the typed form before the fight on April 1.
Fight with Jermain Franklin (21-1, 14 KOs) will be held in London, but AJ moved his training to America, namely to Texas, where he trains under the guidance of Derrick James. Joshua has yet to prove his change directly in the fight itself, but judging by the photo, the Englishman will be ready physically.
“Back to the roots,” Joshua captioned his photo of him doing his general physical training and working on developing explosive strength with an ax and wood, as champions of past eras once worked on the power of their blows.
