Former WBC World Light Heavyweight Champion Alexander Gvozdyk shared his emotions after returning to the ring in a fight against Mexican traveler Josue Obando.
"I feel amazing. It's a good fight, a good warm-up fight. I was just breathing, I felt what it was like. Let's see what happens next. We intend to fight in May. I have big news coming, but I'm not sure yet," Gvozdyk said in an interview with the ESNEWS YouTube channel.
Recall that on the night of February 12, Gvozdyk defeated Obando by unanimous decision in a six-round fight. For the 35-year-old Ukrainian boxer, this was the first fight after an early loss to Artur Beterbiev in October 2019.
