Contracts for the fight between Ryan Garcia (23-0, 19 KOs) and Gervonta Davis (28-0, 26 KOs) have not yet been signed. The unresolved issue is the rematch clause, which could be triggered if Davis loses.

The parties discuss who should act as the lead promoter in the event of a rematch. Garcia's team believes that Golden Boy Promotions should have more rights in this situation as the team representing the winner of the first fight. Davis' promoters have a different opinion.

The fight is scheduled to take place on April 15 in Las Vegas. Boxers will fight within the contract limit of 136 pounds.

Garcia last fought in July, and the clash with Davis will be his biggest test in the professional ring. Davis last fought in January, knocking out Hector Garcia.
