John Fury, father and light heavyweight coach Tommy Fury (8-0, 4 KOs), believes that his son will destroy the YouTube star and already a professional boxer, Jake Paul next month, February 26, in Saudi Arabia.

Paul and Fury were supposed to meet twice, but each time Fury pulled out of the fight: first due to an injury in 2021, and in 2022 he was denied entry to the United States. Paul openly expressed his doubts that the fight will take place, and UFC veteran Mike Perry is on the reserve as a possible replacement.

Fury fought his last fight back in April last year, when he won by decision of the judges over Daniel Botsiansky. Paul returned to the ring in October, defeating MMA legend Anderson Silva in eight rounds.

In a recent statement on social media, John Fury made it clear that his son would be ready to take on a tough fight with Jake Paul.

“Jake, you think that Tommy will not show up for the fight, but you will be very disappointed because we will absolutely be there,” said John Fury. “We are looking forward to this fight. There is not the slightest chance in this world that this battle will not take place. So if you're dreaming with your little boy's head that we won't show up and Tommy won't fight you, then you're very wrong."

“Be prepared to be carried out of the ring on a stretcher, my friend. You don't stand a chance at all. I don't give you a single chance. Not the slightest chance, not even a puncher's chance. And your last fight with [Silva] is fake, when you didn't hit him and he fell. I have watched this video many times. You didn't hit Silva, but he fell, and he was counted out as a knockout. This time you will get into a real battle. So my advice to you is: get ready,” added John Fury.
