Vargas-Flores on February 11 for the WBC title

February 11 in San Antonio WBC featherweight champion Ray Vargas (36-0, 22 KOs) will face Miguel Flores (25-4-1, 12 KOs). For Vargas, this will be the first defense of the trophy won in July.

Vargas and O'Shaky Foster were recently scheduled to fight for the vacant WBC super featherweight title. Previously, this title belonged to Shakur Stevenson, who moved to the lightweight category.

The February tournament in San Antonio will also feature a duel for the vacant IBF super lightweight world title between Subriel Matias (18-1, 18 KOs) and Jeremias Ponce (30-0, 20 KOs).
