Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18 KOs) will take a break from boxing for several months due to a cruciate ligament injury. This was announced by the coach of the "regular" WBA heavyweight champion Shane McGuigan. ...
Dubois was recently appointed by the WBA as a contender for the fight with champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs), but it looks like the Ukrainian will fight Tyson Fury (33-0-1, 24 KOs) in his next fight. The unification fight for all four heavyweight titles is tentatively scheduled for February-March.
