Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jan Blachowicz once again spoke about the result of the fight for the vacant belt against Magomed Ankalaev. Their fight took place on December 11 at UFC 282 in Las Vegas and ended in a draw by a split decision.
Immediately after the fight, the Pole urged to give the belt to the Russian, but now he considers the outcome of the fight natural.
“Let me say something. First, to be honest, I don't think the fight was terrible. Secondly, I don't feel like I've won, but I don't feel like I've lost either. The draw was a fair result.
The end result is one guy was crying and talking about his alleged injuries, another showed that honor still stands in this sport. I'm glad the fans see and appreciate it," Blachowicz tweeted.
