Russ Anber, cutman Vasily Lomachenko (17-2, 11 KOs), who won on Saturday Jamaina Ortiz (16-1-1, 8 KOs), claims upcoming fight with lightweight king Devin Haney (29-0, 15 KOs) may become the most difficult fight in the Ukrainian's career.

“Ortiz fought great, it was clear that he really wanted to win. However, Lomachenko deserved to win. In my opinion, we won nine rounds. I would not say that Vasily has rusted in the ring. His opponents are just much bigger at lightweight,” said Russ Anber, who is also an experienced and respected trainer.

“If Vasily continued to compete in his natural weight, he would have no competitors. He would dominate in a fight with everyone. In the light weight category, he holds more fierce fights. It's the difference in height," the Canadian added.

“Devin Haney will be arguably the toughest opponent of Lomachenko’s career. The American has all the belts for a reason: he is big, uncomfortable and can do a lot. It will be a game of chess,” the recognized expert summed up the topic.
