Josh Taylor (19-0, 13 KOs) defended four championship belts in February thanks to a controversial decision against Jack Catterall (26-1, 13 KOs). Today, the Scot has only the WBO title left and he will have a rematch with the Englishman.

After that fight, Taylor announced that he would move from super lightweight to welterweight. But offended pride forced him to stay within 63.5 kilograms for one more fight for this rematch. Taylor even gave up three belts to cross gloves with Catterall again.

The champion of the World Boxing Organization will meet Catterall for the second time almost on the anniversary of the first fight - February 4 in the UK. Both boxers reached an agreement and settled all the conditions. This time, Joe McNally will stand in the champion's corner, replacing Ben Davison.
